A cold pressed oil obtained from the seeds of the sacha inchi plant from the Peruvian amazon jungle.
It preserves the plant’s essential fatty acids, vitamins and nutritional properties. Organic sacha inchi oil is a good source of plant derived omega-3’s polyunsaturated fatty acids and tocopherols. This oil is perfect for using in foods and cosmetics.
適合製作：醬汁、沙拉、麵包沾醬
注意事項：不適宜高溫烹調，營養成份會被破壞。故建議在食物烹調好後，再直接加上。
