Cold Process Natural Water in Oil Emulsifier

Suitable for: Lotion, cream, sunscreen, make-up and baby care products.

How to use: Without heating, mix with the oil phase ingredients first, then add into the aqueous phase ingredients slowly and stir them all the time using an electrical blender. Formula must be combined with Magnesium-sulfate (0.8-1%) and Glycerin / Propanediol (5-10%).

It must be stirred with an electrical blender for at least 20-30 minutes during the production process, and the product will gradually thicken itself during the process. The recommended ratio of fat is 15-25%. The higher the proportion of fat, the thinner the finished product. No need to add thickening ingredients.

Suggested use level: 3-5%
